We have a well rehearsed and repeated process, that always starts with an informal chat! We encourage workshop visits, and document your build with daily and weekly photo updates. Payment schedule is agreed in advance, but consists of deposit, staged payment and a final payment on completion.

• We start with a donor vehicle, from our stock or you supply
• We tear it apart and typically start with a new galvanised chassis
• Axles and suspension are overhauled in house both mechanically and cosmetically
• In parallel to chassis build up to “rolling chassis” stage we overhaul engine and gearboxes as agreed – from a refresh of a healthy engine to a full “zero hour” rebuild
• Bulkhead typically replaced with a new galvanised replica, but we are happy to restore originals if required
• Brake system overhauled front to back, with various upgrade options
• Choice of paint finish with various local paint shops providing traditional 2k “2 pac” or modern metallic finishes
• Custom interiors from our preferred trim shop, truly tailored to you and hand built
• Once complete we insist on 500mi road test to iron out any niggles
• Finally, delivery if required – Europe wide
