1. About Us
Green LR (Kent) Limited specialises in restoration and customisation of Land Rover vehicles. Our registered workshop is at 6 Copperleaf Business Pk, Dane Valley Rd, Broadstairs, Kent, CT10 3AT, UK.
2. Quotations & Orders
- Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Work begins upon receipt of an agreed deposit and written confirmation of the scope.
- Specification changes may affect price and delivery timelines.
3. Payments
- Typical schedule: deposit, staged payments throughout the build, and a final payment on completion.
- Invoices are payable within 7 days unless agreed otherwise.
- Ownership transfers upon receipt of full and cleared funds.
4. Parts & Warranties
- New and refurbished parts are used as agreed. Manufacturer warranties apply where provided.
- Our workmanship is warranted for a reasonable period; misuse or normal wear are excluded.
5. Vehicle Storage & Road Testing
- Vehicles may be stored on our secure premises during the build.
- We perform road testing including up to 500 miles to validate the build and address any niggles.
6. Delivery
We can arrange UK and Europe‑wide delivery at additional cost. Risk transfers upon collection or delivery.
7. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely decisions to avoid delays.
- Ensure any donor vehicle supplied by you has clear title and is road‑legal to the extent required.
8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded by law.
9. Cancellations
Cancellations may incur charges for work performed and parts ordered up to the cancellation date.
